Dr Shanshan Wang, the founder of Gallery W.SHANSHAN, is famous for her interactive lectures on the rare subjects of early Asian art in both English and French. This year, Shanshan is going to present a brand-new topic about foreigners living in the Tang dynasty (618-907) China, focusing on the new gallery exhibition – an earthenware “Kunlun” dancing boy with curly hair and a gold necklace. This lecture will highlight how the Chinese society became international through cultural exchanges via the silk road.
