Guided tour - Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild

Discovery of the Cabinet of Curiosities, preserved intact as Adèle de Rothschild had wished. More than four hundred works are displayed in this small room of forty square metres. The display cabinets contain collections dating from Antiquity to the beginning of the 20th century, of which almost a third come from Asia and the Orient. The collection consists of numerous art objects and curiosities, such as sculptures, pottery, lacquerware, bronzes, textiles and paintings, which reflect the richness and diversity of Asian culture.
