Christian Bouvet joined Sotheby's Olympia Chinese and Japanese department in London in 2003 before transferring to Paris to head up the Asian Art sales from 2007 to 2011. Christian moved to Hong Kong in 2012 where he launched and led the mid-season Chinese Art sales.
