An important dish of the so-called “Provinces” pattern, the centre decorated with armorial bearings and the inscription “Luxembourg”, set against a ground of floral scrolls animated by birds. The rim features lobed reserves alternating scholars in mountainous landscapes and birds among flowers, all set against a geometric diaper ground.
